At this point, we would like to explain to you how and for what purposes we use your personal data and what your rights and possibilities are in this area.
Who is responsible for your personal information?

For what purposes do we use your personal data?
We process your personal data for the following purposes (hereinafter "Permitted Purposes"):
• Purchase of goods and provision of services, which means the processing of your personal data for the purposes of proper processing of your order, delivery of your chosen goods, fulfillment of contractual obligations, communication with you, as well as keeping accounting records;
• Customer care, which means the processing of your personal data in case of your questions or requests;
• Advertising and marketing activities, which means in particular the processing of your personal data when registering to receive business messages and which we use to send business messages and to make the notices we send more relevant;
• Enforcement of rights and claims, which includes the processing of your personal data due to the exercise of rights and claims, including in judicial or administrative proceedings, as well as the purposes of controls performed by public authorities.
We process your personal data with respect to the above Permitted Purposes on the following legal bases:
a) Fulfillment of the contract you enter into with our company when ordering goods
b) Fulfillment of our legal obligations, such as in particular our accounting and tax obligations, but also the disclosure of data to public authorities in cases stipulated by law;
c) Legitimate interests, in connection with the improvement of our services and in certain marketing activities, where these interests do not exceed yours or do not unduly interfere with your rights.
d) Consent, in particular in connection with advertising and marketing activities or competitions. You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, provided that this revocation is not retroactive, i. the withdrawal of the consent shall not affect the validity of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal.
What personal data do we collect?
Unless otherwise agreed, we store only those personal data that are necessary with regard to the processing of your order, the conclusion of the contract and the delivery of the ordered goods, respectively. in connection with the aforementioned Permitted Purposes. This includes information that you provide to us directly, through a form on our website, or that you provide to us in another way.
These are, in particular, the following categories of data:
• personal details, such as name and surname, delivery address, or billing address, telephone and email contact, subject of the order, resp. other data necessary for the processing of your order;
• data related to access to and use of our website and online store, which represents data recording your personal preferences, cookies;
• other personal data derived from or generated for the above Permitted Purposes.

We collect your personal data primarily directly from you during your interaction with us through our website or other means of communication.
How do we protect your personal information?
To protect your personal data from unauthorized access or misuse, we use physical, electronic and procedural security measures that comply with the technical condition and legal requirements for personal data protection. Who do we share your personal information with?
We may share your personal information with our partners who help us with the processing of your order, in particular with its delivery, payment execution, operation of our store or forging marketing activities.

Your personal data may also be provided to public authorities, where this is required by applicable law.
Where do we process your personal data?
Your personal data will not be processed outside the European Economic Area (hereinafter "third countries") and our company does not intend to transfer this data to a third country.
Your rights to privacy
Under the conditions laid down in the relevant legislation, you have:
• the right to access your personal data, ie you have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether we process personal data about you. If we process them, you may request information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been disclosed, the planned retention periods, the origin of your data, if not collected directly from you;
• the right to correct your personal data, if the processed personal data is incorrect, or you can request their supplementation with regard to the purpose of their processing, if this data is incomplete;
• the right to erase (right to forget) your personal data if:
(a) are no longer required for the purposes for which they were obtained or otherwise processed,
b) you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place and if there is no other legal basis for the processing,
c) you object to the processing of your personal data, based on a legitimate interest, based on your specific situation and do not outweigh the legitimate reasons for the processing, or you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes
(d) personal data have been processed illegally;
• the right to restrict the processing of your personal data if:
a) you object to the accuracy of personal data, during a period that allows us to verify their accuracy,
b) the processing is illegal, but instead of deleting the data, you will require a restriction on their processing,
c) we no longer need your personal data, but these are necessary for your purposes regarding the exercise of a legal claim,
d) you object to their processing until it is verified that our legitimate interests outweigh your legitimate interests;
• the right to transfer personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format that concerns you and that we store to another operator of your choice;
• object to the processing of your personal data on grounds relating to your specific situation, which is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes.

We will investigate your matter and if you are not satisfied with our response or you believe that we have not processed your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to file a complaint with the competent authority, which is the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic.
Are you required to provide us with your personal data?
In principle, you provide us with personal data on a voluntary basis. In certain cases, the provision of this information is necessary for the purposes of concluding the contract under which we send you the goods or to fulfill the above permitted purposes. If you do not provide us with your personal data in these cases, we will not be able to properly process your order and meet the conditions arising from the contract, process your complaint or provide you with information about our products and services.
How long we keep your personal data?
We process your personal data for the time necessary for the purposes permitted.
We store your personal data regarding the processing of your order for the duration of the contractual relationship. We keep part of the data related to the order due to the exercise of rights and claims for a period of 4 years from its fulfillment. We keep data related to tax documents for 11 years.
If we use your personal data on the basis of your consent, we store this data until you revoke the relevant consent or the reason for their processing expires.
In cases where your personal data is processed for our legitimate interests, we will retain your data until the reason for their processing ceases to exist.

This privacy policy was last updated in November 2021. We reserve the right to update and change this privacy information in order to reflect and change the way we process your personal information or due to a change in legislation.
